Exchange Policy

Grover Cloth Store offers an exchange facility to ensure customer satisfaction. Please read the following Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

Exchanges are accepted only for products that are received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition. Requests for exchange must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

Customers are required to share clear images or videos of the product along with the invoice while raising an exchange request for verification purposes.

Once the exchange request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide instructions for returning the product. The replacement product will be shipped after the returned item passes quality inspection.

Exchange requests may be rejected if the product shows signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or if the request is raised beyond the stipulated time period.

Certain items such as clearance sale products, innerwear, or customized products may not be eligible for exchange unless otherwise stated.
